Project manager

The project manager has the overall responsibility and ensures that all aspects of project management are carried out. To assist the project manager, an assistant project manager is in charge of day-to-day activities. 

Steering committée

Contact to partners, management of activities and work package specific reporting are governed by a steering committee consisting of all work package leaders.

Advisory board

An advisory board consisting of national environmental and/or aquaculture managers and headed by an internationally recognized expert on mussel production will provide advice and input to the project and ensure that results are relevant to end-users and have a broader perspective.

The advisory board members are:

  • Dr. Pauline Kamermans, ICES Working group on aquaculture and IMARES, The Netherlands 
  • Mikkel Stage, Danish Agrifish Agency, Denmark
  • Dr. Wera Leujak, German Environment Agency, Germany
  • Dr. Ingela Isaksson, County Administration of Västra Götaland, Sweden
